Bexley at Preston has one to three bedrooms with rent ranges from $1,864/mo. The complex is in a very nice location, easy to get to a lot of places. This year Bell Preston is mandating or enforcing to pay $5 package service charges monthly which is on top of the parcel pending subscription not sure why they want to do that, it is inconvenient service, I have lost a couple of parcels in this process rather delivering at the door step.
